Note that group exercise courses and youth football coaching will be held at Vaasan Sähkö Arena during the renovation of Botniahall.

Public skating

Vaasan Sähkö Arena offers paid public skating sessions, both with and without sticks. These sessions are marked in purple in the reservation calendar.

Groups and courses

Fitness boxing, body maintenance, kettlebell – our group exercise courses offer something for everyone.

Kids’ exercise

We organise football coaching for children and youth.

Testing

We offer testing services from body composition to speed, strength, mobility, and beyond — all in one place.

Physical coaching

Physical coaching can include – for example – endurance, body control, and strength training.
